Service Commitment

24 hour ' service hotline (free hotline 400-886-6088) for customer's complaints and consultation.
Once submit the repair file, Service commitment Three promises:

30 minutes response problem .

3 hours to resolve the problem .

3 days must deal with problem.

Kent Power service-department will make arrangement, the first time in place service and, except in special areas (no mobile phone signal, sparsely, traffic inconvenience, etc) , city 4 hours, within 100 kilometers of 8 hours, 100 kilometers in 12 hours service. The first time arrived at the scene repair , general fault 3 hours to repair, major fault repair within 72 hours.
